Xavi, Iniesta and Messi to Premier League

Is it possible to get any of these players playing in the premier league? Has anyone been able to get anywhere near it?

You need a player with the type Messi, Iniesta and Xavi. Or is it just a question from curiosity?
Anyway, if you need a type:
Messi: Gotze is your man, although he isn't cheap. Great potential!
Xavi/Iniesta: Ganso would be a great purchase if you need a playmaker.
