This season has really taken its toll on my strikers. At no point during the entire season have any of my four strikers been healthy. I still managed promotion out of the BSS and I am doing well with Tugg's training and the Might and Magic tactic from this website. But I feel like I can do something more to keep my strikers from dropping like flies.

And it's never injuries in training, it's always the player taking a knock or getting knocked out in the game. And the injuries are always at least 2-3 months.

I have read in the past about "too many injuries in the match engine" as a FM12 complaint. But something tells me there is something I can do on my end to help.

I tried toning down the match prep and individual training...still no dice :\ Maybe I'm unlucky or it's just lower level players?

It happens a lot with my team too, especially if i am playing as a lower league team, it's just pure conditioning. I'd suggest beefing up their pre-season training (i know it's not helping you now but it will for future seasons)

Umm...I have one? Did that day 1is after sacking old physio who had a 2 rating
Somewhere in the manual it says to best have 3 good physio's to prevent injuries and regain injured players faster.
Injuries happen, just watch out for tired players pre match and maybe check if the training is not to intensive.

Of course as I'm typing this I get another knock in another game. But that's how it goes. I'll keep the three physios in mind, but unfortunately for now my Board won't allow me to hire more than one.

There are some ways to deal with injuries. Obviously there is no complete way but:
- Your tactics maybe a reason. Short passing, closing down, tackle hard, run w the ball always... Once my team suffered many injuries, 1inj per game. This was solved when i change the passing type.
- Check the player profile, or "Allow extensive leave" for the tired players. Sometimes when you un-use a tired player and you tell him, even his morale will increase
- Best physios you can. There's still discussion about how many physios will make the best result.
- Check the player's happiness on his training schedule.
- Adjust the preparation and training according to the current stage in the season (pre-season, before winter window, 2nd half of season)
