Singapore league???

Hey all, I'm starting the pentagon challenge, and I've been offered a job with Tanjong Pagar in the Singapore league, I'm just after some advice from people who have played in this league and if they've been successful. My wage budget is in the red but I've only got 18 players in the team so not much movement. Anyone have any ideas?

Ideas for what specifically?

Transfers, formation etc, I heard that in the south African league you can't do well unless you play with 4-4-2. That's all. Just interested really in seeing if many people have played the league and how they went.
