Hello,

I have just signed a new player for my D.C. United side in the MLS and as you probably know there is a salary cap when submitting your squad and I am currently over this but if I remove one player from the list it should get me under the salary cap but it does not, nor does the squad wage change.

Squad over salary cap:

About to take away a player earning £2,000 p/w (£37,343 - £2,000 = £35,343 (So I am below the Salary cap by £163.):

The player is now out of the squad but I am still over the salary cap:

Could someone please tell me how to solve this?

Thanks

in mls if a player leaves a team from july 1st onwards his wages still count against the salary cap, rather annoyingly

you'l prooly have to holiday so your ***. Man. can handle it, remove another player from your squad submission to allow more salary cap space, or trade a player away to do this.
