Manager's nationality change?

Good day,
I wanted to ask if staff members (including myself as a manager) can ever get another nationality. I'm playing as an English manager (with Spanish as 2nd nationality), but managing a Croatian team. Will I get a third nationality if I stay in Croatia for 2 years as any player would?

I don't think so, I've managed in foreign countries for long periods without it ever happening. Can't see how it would be a significant benefit tho? At least you are able to learn the language and gain knowledge now, that never seemed to happen in older games
