mid season slump

Im in a big mid season slump! all my players morale is good to fairly good but im just not getting the results, Its january in my first season with Everton and i have held a few team meeting not much is changing on the pitch.

Does anyone have some tips or tricks i could use to try and turn things around?

setup a friendly with lower opposition and thrash them.

Hmm interesting, mid season is the strongest point for me in all of my saves, because this is the first time I can put my entire first team for league matches. Take your time, evaluate your team, your tactics, see some match analyses and why do you do not get the results you need. See which if your players have been performing. Do some private talks saying to the players that they have not been performing well lately to the ones that have not.

There are some little details like media talks, team talks, opposition instructions, opposition media talks, match management and prematch preparation you should start taking care about if you would like some good results.

Make sure you are not changing the starting eleven too much...when I dip it's usually due to rotation...
