Any tips for coaches and youth....?

hey i have got promoted into the BSP with AFC Telford and i dont have much money left to spend, only about 1 or 2 K,

i would like to know how you can improve the youth players so that you can bring them up to the first team?

or does this take a while?

and my board wont let me bring any more coaches in,

any help would be grateful

there are a group of training set-ups knocking around called "tugs training" they wouldnt be a terrible start. as you rise up the leagues your board will allow you more coaches, there is also a 7* coaching shortlist in the download section of this site that sets up you filters so you can find coaches that give 7* training in their specific field
