Okeyy, So I am Peterborough United and I've just passed January in my 1st season, I've re-shaped the whole team and am struggling to score goals and win games.
My Current team is:
GK: Scott Loach
RB: Ryan Taylor
CB: Gabriel Zakuani, Andre Amougou
LB: Ian Harte
RM: Robert Snodgrass
CM: Leonel Vangioni
LM: Chiumiento
CAM: Leandro
ST: Nicky Maynard, Jay Rodriguez

And on my bench I have Le Fondre too, But none of them are scoring or winning games, Where am I going wrong! And Who can I sign to help me out? Please I need help, I am 17th and really do not want to get relegated, I think I can survive the rest of the season, but who can I sign at the end of the season to get promoted, I wanna be playing in the Premiership not the Championship, Any help would be great! Thanks in advance.

your team might not be gelling as the team is completely new they might need more time also how is morale is it still high? and did u change your captain as that can badly effect team
because with a team of that quality for the championship they should walk atleast 6th so i imagine its a morale of new team thing but it could be your tactics aswell hope this gives you some ideas

As "Average FM Manager" says, it could be that it just takes time. When you reshape the whole team, players will need a lot of time to get to know eachother, formations, style of play etc. How fluent are they in the tactics you use? Do you frequently change tactics?
In my opinion, your squad should be good enough for a top-four position.
I don't know which Leandro you have, but if it is the brazilian from Grémio, try using him as a poacher alongside Rodriguez (target man). If you still don't get the goals, get Leigh Griffiths. And maybe get a replacement/talented backup for Harte, as he's getting pretty old.
For the new season, maybe try a formation with wingers or wide mids (4-2-2-2 or 4-4-2)? Rodriguez is a brilliant target man when the good crosses comes his way.

If you have reshaped the whole team then that could be one of the main reasons and they need time to gel, or it could just be the tactics you're using, if things don't pick up soon then just change tactics, should do the trick.

Hmm... So I should wait awhile for them to gel, I currently run the formation of 4 at the back, 2 Centre defensive mids, 3 Attacking mids (1 centre, 2 wings) and the Nicky Maynard upfront alone. I have the Leandro from Gremio and I'll try a new formation, also I did change the captain but only because I never played him, Captain was McCann but I don't use him... Thanks for the help :)
