Thinking of maybe trying to retrain Andre Ayew as an attacking left back, as I have noticed ghana have been playing him there in my save, and he has performed very well for them (admittedly, the matches were against madagascar and cape verde, so hardly major tests). Was just wondering if anyone else has tried this, and if anyone has any opinions on it.

he would be good there :) probably better there than left mid/wing!

I have retrained many players as well, that is a good one!

was thinking, if I trained him to LB, would allow me to play Suarez in front of him as an inside forward, as Suarez is a little bit too good to have as a bench warmer

After a few games at LB, it has occured to me that Ayew really sucks as an out and out fullback, maybe if i played with wing backs, where his defensive duties arent as high, he would be a lot better, but as a full back, he really does suck

He might just need a few more games though. I once signed Kwadwo Asamoah from udinese an retrained him to left back an for the 1st 5-7 games he had some bad games then after that he was brilliant for me an was consistent for the five seasons i managed him
