I would perhaps start with either a flat 442 or a Deep 4231, using Balanced - Counter, using possession based shouts. Use at least 3 players in the trasition phase moving betwen the lines. LIke one FC dropping deep and one dmc/mc Moving forward along with one Fullback attacking down the flank and/or one MC dropping deep
