I've been playing FM/CM since 00/01. Now I don't know what it is but I can't get into FM 2011 at all! Does anyone have any suggestions that might help me get back into the game?

Just a quick question.... I'm being Ajax - playing an attacking 4-5-1 Formation with wing-backs. I have an Anchorman (De Zeeuw) How do I make him fill in the gaps that the wing-backs leave when they go forward? Thanks
