So Im managing United and Im almost at the end of November and I've won all my CL games, still in the Carling Cup and I'm 5th in the league (HOWEVER I'm only 3 points away from the 1st). I'm doing well in every aspect. Why the **** am I on the verge of a sack?

Okay so I realized that when I use a tactic, it goes well for about 6 months up to a season then it starts becoming terrible. What's happening? Has the AI figured it out? What do I do to make this tactic great again?

I created a tactic and it went well for a season then next season it started to suck. I've had this problem with all tactics. I know plug n play is dead but even if I tweak it according to the pre-match advice meeting, it doesn't help. I need help, what do I do? How do I tweak it to be better?
