Hi, I am looking for advice on individual training. Do people prefer to let their assistants set the individual training or do you give each player something yourself to work on? Is it better to work on individual attributes or something more general? Cheers.

Hi, i am new here but as the title says i am not new to the game. First started playing when it was floppy discs with only the English and Italian leagues playable separately (think it was 1995/6). I am loving the new edition so far. For me the game just keeps getting better every year.
