My wage budget is approximately 100K below the max but this isnt stopping the club from achieving negative results and losses almost at the end of each month.

Some of my players are always getting too tired during the games. Their level of fitness is becoming between 65% and 75% in the 60th minute. I may understand this for players who are above 30, but for the ones who are below 30 (one of them Kevin de Bruyne is only 19) this is really intriguing...
