im with derby in the premier league and ive played 32 league games and im 18th in the table i need a change or we are going down we have been hit and miss all season some games we are great other games we get hammered ive tried several tactics but none have worked Consistently well enough...

so im in my second season and im in the premier league after a mixed first season in which i got promoted im currently in my second and im 20th in the premier league after 6 games with 0 points!!! has anyone got any tactics or anything they can recommend nothing seems to be working not to...
