Hello, just having some issues getting constant results, used to work a treat but recently not going well. Any way people would change this at all?

Is there anyway of getting of this going throughout a season and improving morale? Is it best just to get rid and how much of an effect does it have on games if they do play?

All i seem to do lately is concede corners, set pieces and crosses.. what can i change to maybe change this? Firstly going to try to concede less free kicks as a start

Just purchased and whether the pitch does affect formation use and is there any better formations this year aswell? I know to try and fit the players you have as much as poss.

Crawley league 2... Doing well in the league + cups atm, but money is slowly decreasing, any good ways to raise some good funds just to keep them positive

He can't hit a barn door at the moment, playing with crawley in league 2, just wondering what duty or who to play around him, (stats wise + duty) to get the best out of him. I believe he is plenty good enough for league 2? Thanks.

I never seem to get the win against this formation, team im playing is usually stronger tbf, but the 4-5-1 with the dm, 2 cm and the 2 wingers? Anyway to counter effectively?

Currently Blackpool in the 1st season, sitting on top spot but just hit 25-30 games, and cant get a win whatever i do. Currently rocking the 4-5-1, is it worth using another tactic or mix it up a little in the second half? Any other suggestions welcome too :)
