Which tactic would you guys use if you are playing with underdog? From all the tactics that have been shared on this forum?

Please help me with my tactics problem... I'm managing Partizan Belgrade, but for 4 seasons now, i couldn't adopt good and dominant tactic... I won 3 titles but all of them with small point difference, and that was really not good enough for me, especially when i now that my team is strongest...
