so i sold some players from my liverpool squad and amassed well over 50mil! yes when i go to purchase players my budget has only risen from 14mil to 24mil!! wtf? and liverpool are only giving me 50% of transfer budget... also the money was not in installments

why is this so? would this influence the fact i dont get proper graphics in tactics etc

I am yet to find a solution to this issue. No thread or site can offer a decisive solution. I have only seen this issue occur on windows 7 OS. Any suggestions? p.s reinstalling and using no addtional graphics works
