For some reason on my 11.3 patch Chelsea have a 1.5 billion transfer budget?!?! While Man City have a 450m budget?! haha:O

ever since ive downloaded the latest patch i havent been able to run my editor?! when i attempt to run it it comes up with a message along the lines of 'cant find default database' im assuming this is directly linked to the patch???

so ive downloaded the 11.3 patch and was wondering which players have had there CA changed the only noticeable 1 ive seen is Juan Iturbe whose has gone up considerably and while were on the subject of Iturbe does ANYONE have a facepack please?!?!?!:'(

Ok so ive saved the patch 11.3 to my desktop the problem i have now is when i click to run the patch the message 'patch.exe is not a valid win32 application' help?!?!:(:(:(
