Hi guys, the subject field is quite explanatory, when i come to download a tactic, i get the following message - I use WinRAR.

Like the title says, When I go to download a tactic, It just opens notepad & its all gibberish. I have WinRAR so I dont understand why it wont let me download it properly, Help would be great. To save trafficking on this thread, How about direct messaging me with the help? Thanks all.
