You should post this on TFF's 75 Siblings as well and have them test it.

Hi everyone. So many of us have tried it. Players (including during transfers) demanding higher and higher wages to the point where it seems unreasonable. How do you handle it? Any tips? Do you guys increase their wages but lower their bonuses? Increase bonuses but lower base salary?

You can just check the "remove country restriction" and then you can have as many leagues etc as you want :) I ONLY play touch and is on PC as well... imo by far the best way to play FM in recent years.

what happened to your beta tactic? Not worth it?

Have you tried the Fearless & Strikerless 4123 from veez? seems to be close in performance but more set and forget than phoenix etc.

Do you still use iron wall with phoenix? so normal phoenix, iron wall & save condition?

Its hard to compare them imo even tho they are both strikerless. atleast with the teams i usually play with this tactic is easier since the formation makes it easier to cover the positions with fewer backup players as opposed to phoenix that has wingers. thats just my experience tho.

Considering Hertha's budget and team quality im pretty happy about this.

What about OI? Just let assistant manager handle it?

I mean i dont care how the goals are coming as long as im winning. Its a game after all so its all about numbers. If you score plenty goals then the other teams morale drops real hard and then goals from open play is a thing as well. Different strokes different folks i guess :)

Back in FM15 i think it was - there was a tactic that depended almost 100% on a shoot outside the box from a corner routine exploit and people loved that tactic. Cant really see the issue here
