LLM: the every year downfall problem

i have a little problem. i m a big fan of Low League Management, but this time (FM2014) im blocked with a little problem over the winter time of every team i manage. i saw it with Bath, in England, or with Pro Vercelli, in Italy.
in every winter time, the team falls down. you start a year in autumn, good or bad and in winter time 4-5-6 matches in a row you lose everyting. what s happening ?! it seems that it does only in the lower divizions, Serie C, B, or Skill Premier or Sky bet 2,1.

can someone help me with an explanation?

Maybe it's the weather getting worse. The pitches aren't great lower league so if it's bad weather certain types of football won't work(passing). See if you can get the pitch relaid or maybe change your football slightly if it is short passing. Not sure this is the problem but just a possibility
