Question about story threads

Hello fellow managers!

What do you think, what makes a story good, interesting? Which type of writings do you prefer? I am thinking about features like:

- more pics, less writing
- less pics, more writing
- create posts nearly about everything; do half year summaries or full year posts
- talk about the facts, what happened in your save or do the role playing​

The beauty of a story on here is you can do basically anything you like, there are no set parameters. As long as it is coherent and engaging, I'll read it.

If you're enjoying what you're doing, it will come across and chances are some of us will enjoy it too.

So the boring and not-at-all-helpful answer is: Do what comes natural to you!
