Realistic Injuries for FM19

Current Features:

1. Adjusted the ratio of injury occurrence for every single default injury to make them more realistic. Yes, it's less than default FM ratio.
2. Made some minor syntax tweaks.

Planned Features:

1. Just like on FM18 I plan to release a complete overhaul of injuries. Last season I added over 300+ new injuries, so expect the same again.
