Where the ****** **** is Editor !!????

I ve installed the game with out using steam ( because it was crashing n not loading today)
and i want to sort my graphics out and re-name the competitions in editor but can locate it, well weird , has anybody got a clue or have the same problems .

I just think people either just browse roughly over the site overlooking the search function or can´t be bothered trying it or don´t get how it works. And yeah must be kinda annoying for the moderators.
