Whole Team against me for making a sub

Dont know if this counts as a bug or not but has got me peeved as ****

Playing as Tamworth in the lower leagues

And my RM got injured and was below 40% health so to save further injury i subbed him immeadiately

I then get a message that said player is unhappy and wants to discuss the matter

SO i replied i took him off cause he was injured ... his reply was he didnt se it that way !!!!!!!

And was unhappy with his treatment etc ????

NOW I have the whole team hating me cause of this one incident.....

Any ideas
