Hi diary.

Yes, you heard it. I'm starting a diary. Pretty rare for a boy. And especially for an 8 year old, almost grown up boy. That Gregor-jerk can't call me little-midget-Mike anymore. I mean he could be older than me but he sucks in football. After 10 years from now, I will be in Barcelona and he will play in reserve team of some 6th tier English club.....
But anyways back on topic now, and the topic is that I'm lame for starting diary. Ok, my mum had diary but yeah, she was a girl. Diary is a girls theme, not boys. But I will console myself with the fact that not everyone are the same. Exactly. That's what I will do. I can be kind of "girly" if I want to. Nobody told I can't do it. I can write diary if I want. I should do ... umm... what was it ....ooh - gender reassignment surgery. AARGGHH What's got into me ?!?!

P.S. The long word, the gender resinent surery - aah, well something like that was wrote by my mum. I'm not that good in it.

Dear Diary.

By the way before I start, why everyone has to write " Dear Diary " in front of a new chapter ?
It wastes so much space in front of the chapter and because of that, extra 100 trees are taken down in England only. ( Don't think I am " the number 1 geek " in our Natural Science class. We just had a test about nature conservation yesterday :p Oooh and that I would not forget to tell you, I got B 8-| )
Talking about why I didn't write to diary yesterday, that's because I had my first ever
IN ENGLAND football training. IN ENGLAND because i moved to England when I was 6 years old. I used to live in Estonia, side-by-side with cows and pigs. I had to move a lot. When I was
5 years old, I moved to the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. That's where I went to my first football practice. I think I developed a lot there, because when I first went to practice, my juggling record was 4. When I tried to juggle in England, after few tries, I got 8.
About the first IN ENGLAND - yes I have to repeat it over and Over again, and yes, Over with a big O - About the first, Hah - you were wrong! I didn't repeat it again ! You got owned - and by who ?? A 8 year old boy!!!! HAHAHAA
Okay enough I'm ruining my diary! No more junk here, I'm getting straight to the business.
The first practice went pretty well, I gave an assist to some guy named Jake. I only know his name after first training. Ooh, wait I remember. There was some Greek guy named something like Poolingadelopus or ... or .... whatever. Anyways I started laughing about his name, because the first part of the name sounded like poo !! :D Our coach got really mad and he started to talk about "how to respect other people" and so on. You could write a book about his talk. I didn't really listen to him. It seems like I didn't really impress him on the first day. But then the game started, with my perfect assist - I dribbled down the right side when I noticed boy with red hat standing and waiting for a pass. I passed the ball to him. Jake started yelling - " Why are you so stupid why didn't you pass to me you fool !! " It sounded like it. I didn't understand what did it mean, I just moved to England year ago so .....
Anyways the boy I passed to, he completely miss-kicked the ball !! But fortunately ball rolled right to Jake who scored it.

Ok I think I wasted enough paper with my "write-work" today.

Dear Diary.

It's my birthday today ! I am nine now. One step closer to adulthood. My mother gave me a football shirt with number 9 on it's back. The shirt also has Trezeguet written above the number.
This summer I watched a lot of football games and I started "studying" football, so I know that Trezeguet is the striker, who scored the golden goal against Italy in Euro 2000 final.
As I said above, I know more about football now, than I did before the summer holidays. And I also discovered, that I am playing my youth football in Newcastle United ! Yes exactly. I live in Newcastle, but I never knew anything about, that such a big Premier League club is in Newcastle.
My favorite player is Alan Shearer. He is number 9 also.
In August, we went to Wales, to participate in a tournament. We won it, and I got my seond medal ever. I shared the Top Scorer award with my best buddy Mark. We both scored 3 goals in 4 games. He scored one from almost half a pitch. I scored all goals from close, that's because I'm a target man.
I am really looking for November, because then we go to France. We participate in another tournament. There are a lot of famous teams taking part. For example PSG and Belgium's Anderlecht are involved.

Ok, I have to go now, mum is calling me. I have to go eating. I'll try to write something to diary again soon after the France tournament. Bye for now !

Dear Diary.

I'm back from the French tournament. We won again ! I was selected to the Player of The Tournament !!! We beat Mallorca in the final 2-1. I scored a header.
That was quite an interesting tournament with lots of interesting teams. For example in group phases we had to face Napoli from Italy and second English team Sheffield United. Last team in the group were from far far away, Russia. Spartak Moskow was the team.
Last week was great for me not only for the tournament, but I got myself a brother! Frank is his name. I want to teach him some football. I want to play in same team in some years.
Newcastle United is currently 7th in the Premier League. I watch all their games if I can. Most recently they just lost to Manchester United 2-1. My favorite player Alan Sherer gave us the lead but Beckham and Sheringham's goals lead the favourites to close victory.

Enough for now, will be back after new year!

Dear Diary.

Just after the magic number, 01.01.01, I'm back, writing.
I'll don't do some bigger introduction, because I can't wait to tell you about my fantastic goal !
I stole the ball from my own box, dribbled past two players, then I saw goalkeeper is off his line, I just shot and .... FANTASTIC ! In off the bar! Best goal I've ever scored in youth Premier League!
And the goal was against such a team - Arsenal. Despite the goal, Arsenal still hold us out for a 1-1 draw. We are currently 3rd. Last year, before I joined the club, we finished 4th in the league.
Just off the bronze. Our coach gave our team lots of motivation. He said if we win the league this year, then we go to Brazil camp on summer holidays. 2nd or 3rd place would get us vacation in Portugal. Even the last one is very good. I have been to Spain, but I have never been to Portugal. It would be very interesting place to go. But still .... oohhh Brazil |).
That is just January, but I already know what I want my mother to give me in September for my birthday. I want to go to England - Italy friendly. It would be a very interesting game I would guess. With Buffon, Nesta, Cannavaro, Maldini, Gattuso, Del Piero and Inzaghi Italy will be big threat to us. Hope I can go to watch the game.

All the best see you soon!

Dear Diary.

I'm sorry, but I guess I will be never writing again to my diary, because yesterday I :'( was a part of a car crash. Later, because of so many serious injuries, my right leg was removed and I never can play football again :'(.
Haha April fools ! :D I pulled you under ! And for those of you who doesn't know what April fools means, my leg is okay :D.
Anyways, I have to delver you a very important news. News is, that two months before the end of Youth Barclays Premier League, we are two points clear at the top. One step closer to Brazil vacation ! But still we have to face three very strong teams before the title race could end - Sheffield United ( We beated in Paris tournament 1-0 ) , Arsenal, :S once again ( last game 1-1, my thunderbolt saved us the draw :)) and the toughest, probably the game which decides, who gets the title this season - 1st place Newcastle vs. 2nd Derby Country. Hard games, but we have to win the title, and our coach gave us even more reason to battle for every point. Exactly, if we really are going to win the title this season, and we are going to Brazil, then we are going to watch Brazil's training one day before their 2002 World Cup qualification match against Uruguay. It would be soooo cool, I would see Romario, Rivaldo, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho and others Brazilian football superstars just in front of us.
But would is only a would, before we have to work hard for that.

Ok, I have to end, I have to go and wash dishes. Aargh how I hate this job. I Always get wet and I break at least one cup or plate and it wastes time and ..... Aaahh the point was that I hate washing dishes.
Well, let's end with a good note. :) In next post you'll see all the April's, May's and June's league games which decide our " Brazil destiny "
Bye now, see you soon, keep your fingers crossed for me! :)

Dear Diary.

Ok, I guess you are all shaking, 'cause you all are so exited :p - Here they come - the results of Youth Barclays Premier League.

At first - the most important games for us.

Newcastle United - Sheffield United

Most recently we met in Paris tournament, then we won them 2-1. How will it go now when they are extremely motivated as they battle for 3rd place ?

2-1
We won them again, by the same score. I scored one,
right midfielder David with second and solace goal for them on the 76th minute. The win made us happy, but the thing that made us even more happy, was that Derby Country lost points at the Teeside. They lost 0-1 and that means that we are now clear by 4 points, what also means that if we win next game, we are already the winners.

Newcastle United - Arsenal

Last game 1-1, how goes it now ?

0-2

It was harsh for us - they controlled the whole game, we didn't even stand a chance. We didn't stand a chance in this game. We had only one opportunity, the corner, subsequent header by me we closely over the bar.
Now, last game decides the destiny of the league this year. Derby Country won this time, so it means there's only one point between us and they need a win to succeed. If we draw, or we beat them, then we win the league. Exiting isn't it ? Let's see what will happen.

Newcastle United - Derby Country

The decider, just the last game of the season. We or Derby ? That's the main question right now. Ok, here it goes !

11th min. Our defensive line takes down their attack, here comes Carl ( our midfielder ), pass to the flanks, David ( our right midfielder, stepping in Beckham's steps :p ) is there, brings the ball to the center, looking for a shot ! .... no it's his left foot ..... can't shot with left .... so to the other side, Michael, passes it back to Carl, Carl ... what an opportunity to shoot .... there it goes ! .... And a GOA... NOo!!! Derby's number one keeps it out for a corner.

23rd min. Here comes Sheffield, down the right flank, backpass, right full-back for Sheffield takes the control over the ball, changes the side, left midfielder, takes it forward .... early cross..
... number nine for Derby jumps the highest !!! ..... Oooh and he left the bar shaking !....
Corner. Number 7 runs there to take it ... a low drill cross there .... a lot of persistence .... I got the foot on the ball .... kicked it away .... Huh . One moment and then - poof ! The ball strokes our defenders hand so clearly... Penalty !!! I was sure that I kicked it away but Steven still could somehow get to the way of it ! Aah it's so unfair that everybody are blaming me ! :(
What a bad start for my game .....
Penalty - He runs for it ..... little stop .... his foot struck the ball .... The goalkeeper jumps to right but ball is going left .... certain goal... 0-1
The goal was partly my fault .... I'm so sad :( , But still I know, I have to keep going but now it's just a little bit harder to do ....
45th min. Half time, nothing special happened anymore, we controlled but we couldn't use it. No chances. Hope I won't be subtituted .....

60th min. No, I wasn't subtituted, but I still feel insecure about how I perform today. Well, let's see how the game goes on ....
David again there, playmaker Carl comes to support, he gets the pass.... looks around .... nowhere to pass .... Ooh and finds me with a wonderful pass, 1 - on - 1.... can I use the chance to remedy my first half's mistake ? ... Here it comes ... my big moment ... I don't know what to do... I start to panic .... at the last moment I loft the ball over the goalkeeper .... is it too high, to low ? No, it's just perfect and 1-1 score stands on the score-boards. Nice. Such a decisive game and I can make it happen, leagues top scorer shows again what he is capable of. Nice.
Draw would be enough for us to succeed so now I will work back and try to keep the score or make it bigger, in our favor of course :)

89th min. Nothing happened so far. Try to keep the score standing for the next .... oh .. the fourth official shows the extra minutes on his little screen. .... For only one minute ! Corner for them. Ooh and look at that ! The goalkeeper is rushing over the pitch and to the 16 box. They really are all out attack. And we are all out defence. They cross it, high this time .... it flies over all of our heads..... seems to go out for a throw in ... but now, left full-back was ready is ready to take the ball ... he crosses .... Noo what does he do ?!?! ... He unleashes his powerhouse shot and ...... Oooh no it strikes the bar ... the ball itself falls far far away from bar - on the edge of the box..... another one coming there from the right-back now .... luckily just a cross .... but what a cross !! .... He superbly found the target man number nine .... One on one ! .... Can he do it? ... Win their team the first Barclays Premier League title ?? Here it goes .... GO ... NOO !! The Goalkeeper beaten, but once again the superb defence comes out on the top !!!! A fantastic goal-line clearance by Carl, who heroically throws himself into the goal-line !!!! Our playmaker has surely won it for us !! Our goalkeeper gets it ! Kicks it far far away and there's the sound of victory !! Three whistles means that Newcastle United push themselves into the first place and in front of the title !! Good game, fantastic end and the most important, the ones who won it, deserved it :D After hard season, the reward finaly comes.
Today, people could see lots of happy kids on the streets, and no wonder why, now, we are officialy the kings of English 1992 born kids fooball Barclays Premier League

Will write you again after my birthday and the trip to Brazil :D Bye for now !

Dear Diary.

Hi again ! I had probably the coolest summer holidays ever ! Brazil, birthday + successful start of the new Youth Barclays Premier League season. At first tell you about, what do you think ? Of course my Brazil trip.
At first, we flew to Rio De Janeiro. We arrived there late at night, so we went to an hotel, and we had to go sleeping right away. We were told, that tomorrow, we go to beach and then, the day after tomorrow we go to watch, how Brazil's squad practices. When we woke, we immediately packed our beach stuff and some snacks, 'cause in 30 minutes, we had to go eating, and then we could go to beach.
Next day was the day I was waiting for so long. The day when I could see Brazil's squad practicing. There was Ronaldinho, there was Ronaldo, Romario and lots of others mega famous superstars. The best part was, Ronaldinho showed us his skills. They were amazing !
He juggled from his right foot to left, then to his head, he made few knocks with his shoulders.
It was so nice to watch. I want to have those skills too when I get older! Cool (H).
When I mentioned the good start, I meant the 3-0 and 6-2 wins. The golden triple came against Fulham and the highest scoring game of my life - against Huddersfield town. We now are clear by goal difference on the top, ahead of Arsenal, Leeds United, Manchester United, Everton and Derby Country. Sheffield surprisingly against Norwich, so they are now ninth.
As I told you in one of my last posts, I went to watch England's game against Italy. The game ended with 1-1 draw, but it was still interesting to watch. Goals were scored by my favorite Italian player Trezeguet and Michael Owen took care of our goal, scored on late, 86th minute. Also was cool that the game took place in London, Wembley Arena so we could discover London a little bit with my family.

I'll be back after the end of this Premier League season, just before my eleventh birthday. Bye !
