He's played 7 games, all after the SI deadline for release. Not sure back then you could have said he was under rated, not sure even you could say that now. he is a -9. IRL he is still very raw and needs to develop, like in game.
He has decent stats on my game, scouts think highly of him already (I am only Leicester to be fair) and he is still really young so he has a lot of time to improve and his stats could probably go up quite a lot if he's getting the right training and match time.
as long as he is getting regular games, yes
some of the stats could be slighty increased though imo.

To be honest I think they've got him perfectly, I mean in real life he has potential but hasn't played much (and therefore hasn't proven much) and it's the same on FM. He looks good and has awesome potential....How many games has he actually played for arsenal anyways?
I agree that he is massively underrated in terms of ca.. Right now seems better that Walcott and arsavin together.. The rare combination of tech pace and balance is really hard to find...
His pace and speed should be equal IMO at 17..

Chamberlin plays awsome on my dortmund save 2017 seems very injury prone though

Chamberlain was okay last season for me in my Arsenal save. He was about 19 and scored 12 goals in the Premier League. His attributes don't match his stats but he improves reguarly. At 19 his Mental attributes are already above average. Looking forward to see how he develops.

His stats are a joke! I dont know if he is updated with the new patch since I don't own the game but the set I ve seen from the original release was atrocious..
He is inferior winger than Ioannidis from panathinaikos who is a fb, 22 and played like 5 games at the last 2 years in Greek superleague!!

Those along with acc and pace are the attributes that are beyond reason.. A shame really.. All arsenal fans have layed their hopes to this kid to break the opps defence and they get to play him with these stats..

this. and i checked both of their PA/CA , and so far ryo has a higher CA than Chambo. as for PA, ryo is a few numbers less from chambo.
maybe in the next fm12 update with the winter transfer done, they might improve him even more
im pretty sure there was no db updates till now from SI. and since SI did early, i dont how u can blame them (i mean u can really
)plus not many others though he will improve this fast when he signed for the club back in august. i remember seeing quotes like 'he not ready for being in the EPL.' early on. (cba to find that quote and all, but pff).

he is ABSOLUTE class in RL... Top preformance again to shut mouths regarding his consistency... I cant recall one bad game he played for arsenal...

He made 2 great seasons with the Saints and that is why he had this huge pricetag that many PL clubs were about to pay such as ManU, Chelsea and Liverpool.. I agree that he played in a lower league but again Brasilian league is nothing like PL yet Lucas Moura has remarcable stats and he nearly is the same age as Ox..
There are some stats that does not have a relevance with the level a player plays in, period. Speed for instance is subjective, "pressure" and "competition" has nothing to do with it... Strength is not for example, because you have to compare it with other players..
Agility, Pace, Acceleration is clearly a fault of SI...
Also,
There is no reason to use so much shocking values even if a player is not proven but consistently showed his technical talent in a lower league.
Chambo should have stats far better than those from the start and have a good boost when the db is updated due to his wonder apps with arsenal and england u20s... Now, if they want to be realistic about him should pump his stats really higher than the original game and this proves that scouting regarding this player was really poor by SI..
