Ok so im doing a wigan save and i play a basic 442 and victor moses can only play left and right WING and all season ive been trying to train him to play right MIDFIELD so i can get the best out of him in this formation but he is stuck on unconvincing and its now april. what do i do?
Ok so i am Wigan and im coming to the end of my first season and ill probably finish around 7th/8th and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for how to improve this team. I play a simple 442 with fluid passing and i like to retain possesion.

Im blackburn fiIrst season and i play 4411 with rivaldo playin in behind nikola kalinic, i was wondering if anyone knows the best role for him as he is playing bawful at the moment, right now his role is as a defensive forward, but please help with the best role for him????
