Wigan End of First Season.. HELP!

Ok so i am Wigan and im coming to the end of my first season and ill probably finish around 7th/8th and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for how to improve this team. I play a simple 442 with fluid passing and i like to retain possesion.

DR-Stam
DC-Toloi
DC-Re'
ML-Tshabalala
MR- Moses
MC- Diame
MC - McCarthey
ST- Quintero
ST Rodellega

I also have Lallana,Boyce, Sychev(LOAN), Spearing(LOAN) and Di Santo on the bench, among other average
players.
Moses,Rodellega,Diame,Figeuroa are all wanted.
I do have Coutinho,Sanogo and Karim Ait Fana coming for free at the end of the season.

Who should i sell? But most of all who should i buy? bargains are welcome! DW can be tight.
Please help

You could maybe buy younger players who turn out to be talented? Carlos Fierro for instance? Get Scott Sinclair from Swansea, he turns out to be a useful player. Loic Nestor at cente-back..you have to be more specific about what area you feel you need to strengthen you people can give you advice on that particular area.

well, i think that maybe a cb, and lb and rb, a new striker for sure to go with quintero and maybe a new winger?

if it was you, how would you improve them, to challenge for europe?
