I believe this will be an excellent addition, non-league players getting selected for their national team. And would be able to play other national teams B and C teams. Englands B team hasn't been used since 2007 according to wikipedia, but could also be implemented. Most likely not for FM 2011...

I wanna load a database for FM base but I cant seem to do it because the file type is .dbc and not .xml anyway of changing this? Thanks.

Yes I know it is possible to form rivalries with other people, but if the fued carries on between the two managers does it then get pinned on the club, for example (Man Utd and Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham) Rivalries like that ...?
