Is it possible to form rivalries?

Yes I know it is possible to form rivalries with other people, but if the fued carries on between the two managers does it then get pinned on the club, for example (Man Utd and Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham) Rivalries like that ...?

There have been people asking this for ages now, it's just not possible currently in FM. Hopefully it's an addition for FM2011.
