1st Divison Champion BUG

Ok, heres the deal. I have finished at 1st place with my team Dinamo Zagreb at the end of the season with 10 points ahead of 2nd Hajduk. Now at the end of the season i get a message that Hajduk has won 1st divison! LOL, and in the same message it says how Hajduk won the title in front of 2nd Hajduk! (WTF?!) Yes, no mistake, Hajduk is 1st and 2nd! Also i got no messages from the board like congrats for winning the championship or anything like that, and got only 400 000 € prize. Whats going on here? LOL It even says at the side "Posistion 2nd" Wow that is messed up! Cant think of any reason for it though, see what happens when you carry on perhaps?
