It has been said by many that second season your tactic falls apart, I have recently experienced this in my second season as Aston Villa manager. Any way to solve this? because the tactic I created in the first season was working brilliantly.

The way to solve it is to alter your current tactic or use a new one. What usually happens, is teams are more cautious after you've done well. Space that was there on the counter attack is no longer available to exploit. Is this the case? If it is, you'll need to build a better balanced tactic that doesn't solely rely on counter attacking.
