3 tactic idea what does everyone reckon

i think it is a good idea i am Newcastle and i try fetish 442 back to basics and bagdadcowboy 2.0 i am 4th and 4 points of the lead after 26 games in my second season. Which i think is ok i always lose or draw to the top 4 teams does anyone else use 3 tactics which would work out better i only have 2 good strikers but lots of midfielders if anyone else can suggest any other 3 would be very helpful
