3D kits installation help?

i have the logos and information kits showing with no problems
both are in theyre respective places (graphics/kits or logos)
i even sorted them out a bit like lets say 'kits/england/barclays premier league'

ive tried 3D kits in lots of places (kits/3d), including the sorted one, just england, and straight out in the 3D directory but still no luck

do i have to run the game on high for the kits to show? im running it on medium

nope, still no luck
completely stumped
i can completely mess up the 2D kits and logos and itll still work fine
ive downloaded them at the usual
sortitoutsi.net/forum/topic/47464-3d-match-kits-for-fm2010-2012/
no one else has had any problems
