transfer budget EUR 37.41m, wage budget left EUR 137k per week.

at the moment, I need a quick defender, but still good in the air (someone like Thiago Silva), and a quick striker that can play as a winger (someone like Pato/Robinho). Preferably Italian, or if no Italian, have EU passport.

and also, who should I sell?

lol poor guy, not one of those replies corresponds to what he is asking for. A quick defender under 25 and still decent in the air, try Shawcross. A quick striker who can also play left wing, with EU nationality... tricky but I'd go for Juan Angel Albin

if you want a ST who can play as a winger why not mata he is more of a winger but still a good striker also a quick CB look no further than Sakho from PSG

I've forgot his name.. He's labelled the next RVP plays for ajax and is 19 i think somthing de jong... had him for united was quality !! got him for around 3m

i think you mean sinem de jong spelling is prberly not correct

I'm not going to spend more than 10m twice in a transfer period.
and Sakho's pace only 12 in my game (not quick enough, for a comparison, Thiago Silva's pace is 17)

in the end, I found Mario Fernandes from Gremio (and signed him for 15m)
