Adevertisment staff?

hi there i need some intructions of you guys of how to place an advertisement for staff as i currently need some thnx

Go to Manager Overview then click on Jobs then down bottom Left it will say place advert.

on any screen:
1) Press CTRL + J
2) Hover mouse over 'Place Advert'
3) CLick on Staff position which needs filled.
