Hello, my name is Alfred Ferguson, I am a new up and coming football manager after completing Sports Science and Management training at Uxbridge College. I also work part-time for Sainsbury's LTD as a Store Supervisor. I am 30 years old and was born in London, I don't really have a favourite football team, but I enjoy watching Leicester City most recently after their unbelievable season. I am hoping to send my C.V. to a few clubs in the hope of getting my first Managerial job in football. Below is a more in depth look at my profile.

So a more in depth look at my profile and you can see I have studied Korean, Spanish and French in my younger days. I lived in South Korea for 3 years working as a teacher and it was a fantastic experience. The food over there is incredible.

Wage Budget Criteria

• Sainsbury's Part-time 30 hours per week = £296.70 before TAX
• Rent : £750/£1000 per month

Main Rules

• Scouting : Can't use Player Search, can only find players via Scout Reporting
• Shortlist : Can only create shortlist of players who have been scouted by the scouting team
• Staffing : Can only place jobs on the job board for staff to apply rather than using Staff Search tool
• Tactical : Must create tactic myself and renew tactics each season
• Offers : Job Offers need to meet my wage budget criteria in terms of my outgoings and life needs

The first job I applied for was Guernsey FC who are based on a remote island south of the UK not very far from France. They are in the 7th tier of English Football and have only just been promoted from the 8th tier in 2015/16 season.

Pros + / Cons -

• First Managerial job +
• Low wage and would have to leave Sainsbury's so £720 per month wouldn't cut it.

The second job I applied for is Anyang who are currently in the second tier in South Korea's K-League and are not very far from the Capital Seoul.
