After three consecutive relegations from the conference premier, despite the three consecutive reprieves to stay in the division it has been decided by the Altrincham FC board and chairman that Graham Heathcote will move upstairs in to a Director of Football role after 8 years as Manager. Taking over the first team affairs for this 09/10 season will be managerial newcomer Marc Chinnick-Lewis who spent all of his playing career as a RM for Cardiff City FC.

This is my introduction to my managerial career at Altrincham, I hope you'll find it interesting, Ill update regualarly when starting.

Ive set out a two year plan to get into the Football League.

1st Season: Consolodate league position / Top half finish
2nd Season: Promotion via either playoffs or automatic promotion.

Then ideally another three seasons before promotion to League One.

3rd Season: Consolodate football league position.
4th Season: Midtable / Top half finish.
5th Season: Promotion via playoffs or automatically.

Cheers guys and girls!
Marc

Ahh I have no transfer budget. Any good loans / freebies would be more like it.
