This is my Blackburn team. We're 2nd as you see, and January nearly arriving. Should I make some changes, buy or sell players? Maybe some Premier League material that I can introduce slowly into the team for next year?
I have 3M left for transfers and 151K p/w on wages left.
Any thoughts?

Get a bunch of 15/16 year old for cheep and loan them out. Is your 19 year old gk any good? If so then play him more regulary than Robinson who is ageing a bit. Look for free transfers as you can often get bargins at the end of the year(normally a 32 year old who still plays well)

He was whining when I took over, wanted a move to bigger club. I got fed up with it so I sold him
