Bluth's Slow and Steady
This is, by far, the best tactic I've ever created. High-powered in offense, strong in defense, beautiful passing and a smooth flowing game. Control and Rigid, and set to slower tempo and drop deeper, but you'd never know it from the way the team plays. It's very attack driven and the team flows beautifully, despite the rigid setting.
It's a 4-2-3-1, though the 3 AM players will score the majority of your goals (unless your striker has a high heading attribute; then he'll score a ton too). You should get a decent amount from corners as well.

Won the Premier League with Everton in the first year. Scored the most goals and almost conceded the fewest (made a few defensive tweaks midway through the season that worked wonders). Lukaku almost had the most goals in the Prem. Barkley tied for most assists and Delofeau came in third, even though he missed 4 month with an injury! He was an absolute beast before he got injured - still scored 14 goals before he got hurt from the AMR position.
Tried with Dortmund as well. Am undefeated at the end of January with 52 goals scored already. Loaned in the Ox from Arsenal, and he's a beast (as his name implies), but that's the only transfer.

It's a plug and play tactic.
OI's: The OI's are already set up in the tactic, so make sure you don't leave OI's to the assistant. OI's are very important, so leave them as they are!
Training:
Training for preseason: General is Tactics and Very High, Match training is Tactics Only
Training for regular season: General is Attacking and Average, Match training is Def. Set Pieces
If you're huge underdogs, or you're winning by 2+ goals after the 75th minute, you can change to Counter, which will tighten up the defense even more.

Looking forward to seeing your results - it's been unstoppable for me so far.
