can a players potential rise?

ignasi miquel is suppose to be a wonderkid, but why is his potential only at 2? im playing arsenal and ill always send him upfront every 3 games for match experience.
will his potential rise?
is that the best way to train youths, making them regular subs?

I never tried using ignasi miquel much... But for chamberlain I did use him much... As for the rest of the players with nice potential I didn't use them much... They got injuried before I could even start using them. The best way from what I tested out is... If possible loan them out for experience. Then when they are back and you want to use them, just use them as subs first, if they can perform then try them for a full match when you can. Thats what I have done.

Miquel is rubbish, on FM and in real life.

A players PA will never go up. Your assistants opinion of a player will fluctuate depending on form and what other players you have in that position.

yeah, same here, its hard using miquel (2 OGs in a month LOL) in my last game i forgot to renew his contract and barcelona signed him, ****** off the board and fans
