So i`ve finished a game 2-2 and it shows the penalty order, I order my players then go to click confirm, but there is no confirm button... I search for a way to start the shootout only for the tactics tab to go black and become unaccessable. As you cant holiday or continue the game while in a match it appears the only thing I can do is exit the game completely, which I obviously don`t want to do. Anything I can do?

So now i`m on another shootout. I`ve presses space bar and the play bar appears, but all the buttons are blanked out and space bar wont start it. Anything else I can do?Its the old quick continue from CM 01/02.
