cannot download update - help!

hi guys! I've been trying to download lfc marshalls update for a while now. Ive tried to open and save the file and drag it everywhere! I have ran out of ideas. Im not gret with computers so am probably being pretty stupid! But if anyone could help me and tell me how to download it, where to put it etc then i would be very grateful!

sorry mate im new so dont really know where to post etc. If i post in there i probably wont get an answer. Anyone willing to help?

if it is downloading as a zip file, you just need to extract it to the editor data folder
(Documents>Sports Interactive>Football Manager 2012>editor data)

if it is downloading as a dbc file, you just need to save it to your computer, and move it to the editor data folder.
