conceding early goals?

i'm bishop's stortford, and almost all goals i concede come in the first 15 minutes. my assistant manager has noticed this too, and i'm told in the backroom advice meetings about this. i've searched the forums, and there are tips for not conceding late goals, but are there any tips on how i can stop conceding early goals?

Dont know if it really makes a difference but I find when I play attacking I score early and concede late and defensive is vice-versa

Try issuing touchline instructions, like hassle opponents, or drop deeper, and that might tighten your defence up a bit. And then later on in the game remove these instructions and employ another tactic or instruction.
