Conceding too many goals from crosses

From the starting of the season, my team has been conceding too many goals form crosses and it's not that I don't put OI on opposition's wingers and full backs and nor do I have bad full-backs (Baines and Coleman and play as full-back with automatic duty). It generally happens against the mid-table and poor teams. Can anyone tell me why ??

1st of all if you use TI and / or PI you don't need to use OI. 2nd, how many goals have you against and how many are from crosses ? 3rd, where are those crosses coming from ? 4th, are you leaving space behind your defence ? And so many other questions
