I think i have mastered attacking football on fm so now i am looking for defensive and controlling tactics to play football like chelsea (not the most attractive but effective). I have a trial season running just now with porto, after 10 games ive won 9 drawn 1 and havnt lost, ive conceded 1 goal and that was a penalty so my tactic for stopping goals in open play is working quite well so far. It isnt just small clubs iv faced btw just incase your wondering. Average possession 58% away and 61% home. I would still like some helpful advice on possession football. I tried to post my tactics on the site with a full guide but just couldnt work it so any help with how to do that would be nice too.
