That what I wonder for a long time, I thinks that for a good FM game its must depend on the reality of your squad, you have to make the tactics base on and best suit your squad not use the same tacs for any teams and get the wins everytimes like FM 14 does at the moment
For example: Man Utd can not use the same tacs of Barca but still got the wins, the manager have to thoughtful and understabd well all the player to make the best tacs that suit all of them and reveal their streng as well as cover team weakness, Chicharito cannot play the same role, same position as Rooney does but still score about 30 goals a year! Each teams need specific - unique task for each player, you cannot use the same task - instruction for all teams and still got the wins every game!
