Does the patch for the game make it harder?

As in my game with the patch, teams spend more on players and buy much better players. Anyone had the same experience?

well yes it does as the default patch and the 11.1 patch had transfer bugs in it when most teams just TL their best players and you could pick them up for dirt cheap

its much more realistic now
